Sometimes, when things get translated, it not give the true meaning or did not give the best explanation.. the joke not as funny as it should be, or something similar. But, in this world, people who can read english is much greater than people who can read japanese, and not so much people want to learn japanese just so they can read manga. So, it's bad, but necessary.
