Magic wand is only for quick and small objects.
For rendering out large figures, it's best to use the pen tool. It'll usually take several hours to get a good stock done, but worth the effort. If you save it, you can use it multiple times.
Anyway, the wallpaper looks pretty neat.
Though as said by the others, it's pretty choppy.
Also you've used a red background, but when I think Rukia I think white (because of her zanpaktou). The latter might just be a matter of taste really.
