OMG I remember archaic ninja scroll, had some hawt scenes, but the story line was hard to follow and the voice actors of one of the "bad guys" is the same voice actor for Rurouni Kenshin...bothe obviously the dubbed versions..he he

Honestly, it was boredom.

I had just moved to a new city, on the other side of the country. I wasn't in school, I couldn't find a job, I wasn't interested in making friends because I thought I was going to move soon. My BF at the time (meaning, he's an ex now) suggested I watch Death Note, which I basically ended up hating, but then started looking for more stuff, and it basically evolved from there.

In the 2 and a half years since I've started watching anime, I've really loved it. I'm glad I started to watch anime, because it's opened me up to a lot of new experiences.

My best friend in the 3rd grade was an avid Sailor Moon fan. I kinda had little choice but to learn about it. :P

Dragon ball... Can't remember how old I was,probably between kindergarten and 2nd grade. I even remember the first episode I saw :D So it was Dragon ball for many years and then I got the internets... And so it began! :P

Ah,damn it,totally forgot digimon...it counts as anime to ,right?

I think my brother got me into anime when i was about 7...he always watched dragonball and i told him it sucks, although i havent even watched it (>x<)
...after that i tried it and i watched any anime that was on tv...things like kickers, pokemon and mahou shoujo animes...for a while i stopped watching animes...i turned to animes again when naruto and one piece were aired on tv...after a while i thought the dubs suck and watched those on the net
...from then on i got really absorbed in anime

I can't remember what my watch anime first, I just remember I watch many anime when I child.

I pretty much got into anime because A friend of mine introduced me to it. When I was young I used to draw short comics..They were stick figures mind you. But my classmates enjoyed them because they were very funny hehe. My friend told me about anime and that piqued my interest he later gave me a dvd of Akira and after that it was nowhere but up!

My uncle was always watching DBZ on tv, that's when my brother started watching code geass, so i gave it a try too, kinda liked it, now anime is my life ^^

it was all because of dbz now im a huge anime freak.. DBZ was my first anime.
