Consider how much effort it takes to find, translate, convert, and upload files. Since I've studied Japanese and I am learning how to put subtitles in videos, I now have much respect for all the work fansubbers do.
Too true mate, I know a tiny bit just for use in the dojo and I can understand how difficult it must be to do fansubbing.
Fact is if the only way to get the file I want for free is from Rapidshare then that's what I'll use. Like today I spent ages trying to get the Too Human OST from rapidshare because I can't find it anywhere else safely (I don't trust torrents).
Count yourself lucky you have found a site such as this that has literally everything you could possibly want; it's a rare treasure to find a site that not only does so much and asks nothing in return but also has a fantastic community as well.
It may be annoying from time to time, but if you ask me it's worth the payoff.
