katamuro I would say FMA both the old season and the new one. Also Utawarerumono has quite a few good moments but is just a simple enjoyable show. Fruits Basket - despite the name there is very little "sweetness" about it. Noir - serious and complicated show, a true classic. Chrno Crusade - good strory, likable characters. Planetes - if you like the stuff about space and sort of slice-of-life. Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi - just briliant. Samurai Champloo - alternative look at the samurai life. Last Exile - beatiful artwork and very good story. There is more but I think that is enough for a while...

chronofox I recommend Burst Angel, Claymore, legend of basara, Gilgamesh, Read or Die, D Gray Man, Baccano!, Darker than black, higurashi no naku koro ni (this starts of slow but really picks up later.),Madlax, Gankutsuou. Hope you enjoy these:onion224.
GiftedMonster001 Gurren Lagann is excellent. It's awesome, funny and also a parody of most mecha anime's whilst standing alone. Nanoha is interesting.
