Hi guys,
I'm Roger, 29 & living in a little city near Fresno. I found the site googling for anime. When I was little, I used to watch astroboy and Mazinger Z, so I've liked anime for a while now. It lead me to study Japanese and although I'm still working on it, I enjoy trying to decipher what the characters are saying (although most of the time I fail miserably :P ). Currently I'm watching/reading Bleach and Naruto anime/manga and at the moment they're my favorites, oh Death Note was pretty good too :)

Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo are very good, by the same guy I believe. They're hip with great action and some comedy thrown in. Full Metal Alchemist has a great animation and a great story. If you want a comedy with some minor ecchi thrown in, I loved "Love Hina" it was Dericious :)

wanted to say thanx sure, for the samurai champloo ref ... that's the style i like [altho i AM still enjoying the different Pokemon shows on disney channel here!!]

i'm hoping the extreme graphic violence in it won't be too extreme for me ... [but it probably will be].
