ok, I tried to post this once before but it disappeared, so here is try two. :)
I JUST finished watching "To Aru Kagaku no Railgun" which is fun, and has a lot of action, and a bit of fanservice, though its not JUST fanservice like Queens Blade. Its a spin off of "To Aru Majutsu no Index". There is a bit of story overlap, so you get to see some of the stories from another point of view.
But I like another anime better, called "Kimi ni Todoke" which is a lovestory about a girl named Sawako who is a loner, and socially ackward, and sort of creepy, and is nicknamed Sadako after the girl in "The Ring". She is actually kind hearted, and even plays along with her reputation so the people won't be disappointed. She meets a boy named Kazehaya, who is always sunny and kind, and very popular. Its mutual love at first sight, but like in most japanese anime neither will say anything to the other about it. Kazehaya slowly draws her out into being more friendly and social, and they are slowly moving to a full blown romance.
The story is very sweat and has many interesting characters, like the tough-chick who bursts into tears every time something sweat happens.
If you are looking for something to watch, both of these are worth your time! :D
