Hmm, I dunno, I enjoy every game I've got to be honest, with one or two exceptions.
Top of my list would be Vagrant Story. If you haven't got it, have a good hard search and get it. Even if you don't like RPGs this game is good. You will never play a title like this, it is completely awesome and unique.
The MGS series is also a must.
Breath of fire series (especially 4 which I am currently cracking on with amongst other things).
Final Fantasy series (apart from X-2, I would rather eat my own head than be forced to play that ever).
Tekken 6 is rockin at the mo and I love playing Crack Down, made even more hilarious at the egoraptor movie 'Awesome cracks down' (google it, well funny).
AAAARRRRGH! I've just opened the drawer under my bed and there are just too many objects of awesome to write down!
