oh ... and by the way - free soundfonts can be found AAAAALLL over the internet. and if you're REALLY serious there are some great soundfonts for purchase as well.

Handbrake has been talked about enough here, so i decided to test it out. [COLOR=#810081]Handbrake[/COLOR] is kind of intimidating when you first open it up. but it's easy to figure out and you really just need to open your source file and click the start button.

that's it!!!

open it, start it, then wait ... and voila!! a beatiful MP4 or MKV file!

[COLOR=#810081]Handbrake[/COLOR] automatically saves to "My Documents" and it added a [-1] to the existing name so the file was automatically named for me. it looked to me as if there was no picture degradation as well!!

I will have to echo imolol's question which is valid: so from avi to mp4 and back w/o any decrease in quality? I want to test it out on those Queen Blade episodes in mkv and convert them to mp4.

Ok, kiddies here's one: what freeware or freeware application/software will convert an avi file to mp4, mkv to avi/mp4 etc without the hassle? Meaning with just a very few clicks and and you are done.
