My first banner .... XD

specialy about Wagaya no Oinari-sama
about summer ...

good work. for a first banner. simple yet elegant.keep messing with it and you will be surprised by what you can come up with

wow! i think ur improvements are already looking better than the originals :D:D

one thing though, on the Wagaya no Oinari-sama one, the rendering looks a little choppy, with still some of the background showning. maybe you ought to put the dots closer together, if u use the pen tool, like me. when i render i zoom to at least 800% :)

i recomend using the pen tool (u r using PS, right?):) at first i wanted to smash it and never use it again, but then i found out i was doing things wrong XD
it's cool once you get the hang of it :D:D

how do you make all the font effects?! O.O i can't figure anything out with fonts!!

just Photo Shop CS4....

don't have the Windows version, but is easier to find than the Mac version XD

for the last one of kuu in the beach...

i just choose the front....
then transform font to image....
then made a copy of the layer(font) and put it transparent background
invert it vertically
use some of the blur efect and ...
bingo
that's how it ended

normaly i use the blur and transform tools.. not muc effort and good efects XD

thanks to both of you... i still to noob for PS... just recently got it

just i still figuring out to make a banner that RJ ask me since mi imagination is not that good...
he want one that is repeatable... the beginning and the end should be tne same so if you repeat the image in your browser looks like just one image !!!
still trap in that... no imagination for that O.o
