Hiya, I'm phelan. Resident TLCer / Editor for JSM, and the new TL for Tears to Tiara. I'm a SoCal resident, been studying Japanese far too long, etc. etc. Originally came here because of Jigoku Shoujo...and now I'm conscripted for the long haul XD
