Im glad to announce my PC troubles are over. As it turns out I needed a more powerful power supply. Went out and got it and viola, it starts up with no issue...

yes it was. no warning, no announcement. all it took was a hit on the refresh button. it started off good.. just like anything new i gave it a try.... the thing is that along the way i turned bitter. idling doesn't do it for me anymore.. sigh
