Does anyone have the full wallpaper which can send me, to i use it as my wallpaper? :worried:
Or atleast can tag the picture for me? (the name of character)

It ain't Natsume Aya..I've seen that anime and read the manga :P...its not her so it could be the other candidate :D

It kinda looks like Hakufu Sonsaku from Ikki Tousen, but I am not sure.

Or it it may be Natsume Aya from Tenjou Tenge. They look alike and are often drawn very ecchi.
