What is the best chocolate?

Dark, low fat, sugar, and full of antioxidants.

I use it in most of my confectionery experiments.

Problem is it doesn't melt well compared with milk chocolate, so I have to adjust my recipes.

I thought this was a discussion over who makes the best chocolate, I'd throw Gevalia into the hat.

Since some of the members are from Germany, Switzerland, and Belgium. I wanted the Euro perspective on good chocolate.

Also since some members are from Latin America(home of the some of the world's best choco ingredients), I wanted their perspective as well.

It really depends on the chocolate...can't simply say which one is the best. But on average I can make a reasonable estimate. :)

I'll go for white milk dark...sometimes milk >> white, sometimes dark >> others, really depends.

Lindt chocolates have a tendency to have a creamy consistency regardless of what type of chocolate it is as far as the big bars are concerned... I sell a lot of 'em in my shop. Never had/heard of the 99% one though...

As far as preference: dark, milk, white.........

Well I'm not sure if I fit in that category??:P Sure I can be if needed, but mostly not. I'm not sure if I mentioned this but if you ever can have your hands on Fazer chocolate then you should try it. Fazer is one of the biggest brands in here. Other good one is [SIZE=2]Brunberg[/SIZE].

Yeah, go and find it muhahaha. I recomend the dark ones over the milky ones.
