Talk about it. What do you think of the trailers? You think its your type of game? Are you offended thats on the X360 as well?

Im personally looking forward to it. I like the new combat system and the whole premise. I also like the fact that Lightning is basically a female Cloud, lol. The graphics of course are stunning, almost comparable to Advent Children. Discuss away!

Hmmm, what to say... x-box issue i all about money, decreasing the gameplay. It's not only my opinion but many people as well.

i love the ff series and i'm ecstatic that there going to bring it to x360. i just wonder what the combat system is going to be like. i hope they keep it like 12. it works really well once you get use to it

I personally think it doesnt really matter if its released on Xbox. A game is a game. I dont see much of a difference. However I think its a good move since SE will make more money but also cater to those who want to play the next Final Fantasy but just didnt want to waste $600 on a PS3, heh. I know I am one of those people. I will be getting it on the 360 and I am hoping that they didnt slack off on it just because its on 360. It was their choice after all to end the exclusivity deal with Sony. Versus also looks good as well. Its darker and more serious, and it has also been said there will be blood. :blush2: (i know, im a psycho, lol)

Anyways, I think both should be well done and awesome. 2010 is just too long to wait.

LOL, I suppose thats true. Doesnt matter to me though. They can go Elfen Lied or Starcraft on it in terms of violence for all I care, haha. The more the merrier. XD

As for the age requirement, in my hometown here in Vermont, unless you look like you are 50 years old, they would ask to check your ID, lol. Its not really done anymore, but some still do. Cheers.

For me the trailers were enough to want the game XD
it had mostly everything
High Graphics
Cool character designs and backgrounds
Nice story line
.... awesome just because its Final Fantasy :D
But I don't have PS3 or Xbox
So I just hope and wish and pray that they do decide to take a version out for the PC :socute:

Damn dude.. I was just about to post the same exact thread..

I just downloaded the Trailer from PSN and it looks awesome. YES! I loved the Real Time Battle System in Crisis Core and the awesome cutscenes. It's like a movie. From the trailer, it looks similar to Crisis Core. (Maybe that's me being hopeful)

Ahh yes... The "un-feminine" main character. Tetsuya Nomura did a nice job on here.. IMO.

Yes... I am very pissed off. Why put a RPG on Microsoft, when most XB360 users don't even play RPG's?? (that's just me being a PS fanboy) I mean.. What's a Final Fantasy game going to feel like on Xbox 360..? And apparently, the release date is pushed back because they have to make the XBox version fit on a DVD. LOL... (at least that's what I heard)

Personally, I am looking forward to FFXIII Versus more than FFXIII, just because it looks different. But I can't wait.. "Hurry Up SE!"

Apparently some people think Versus will be the first rated M(esrb) Final Fantasy game. I hope they do not add so much violence that it is rated as M. I would feel bad for those who have to wait until 18 to be able to buy it from the store (including myself).

you only need to be 17 to buy m games in america..

---------as a note: it's up to the store to decide what age people will be able to buy it, but most go with 17 (at least near me...)

I've always been a bit worried about this title. I felt XII was really hollow compared to the last few editions, like they're trading pretty graphics and a more complex battle system for plot. Then again, a lot of people liked XII so it might just be me.

I really liked the Gambit system, having that in XIII would be a good move as far as I'm concerned, haha.

watched the trailers and thought it looked good. cant say i am offended about it being on xbox. altough i didnt realize it was going to be. prefer the 360s controler over the ps3 because its a larger controler fits my hands beter. not to mention i only have one game on the dang thing anyways and it feels like a waste to own it. but maybe i will pick up this title on 360. who knows.
