What are workshops? Well...
Members may open up a "shop" to attract customers (and get a lot of them) by showing off his/her works and taking his/he customers requests..it's mostly a hobby or job that they like doing on his/her spare time. Anyone can open up a shop in here, and the customers must follow their guidelines in order to have a successful business.
Here's how customers should make a request, or at least try to (may vary depending on the shopkeeper's rules):
Sig or Avy
Type of Sig: Grunge, Abstract, mixed, Filtered, Logo (such as the banner you see in my sig)
Size:
Text:
Colors of BG: (optional)
Links: (mandatory if you really want renders, must be working links)
Animation: (also optional)
Other: any other details or whatever you want
Definitions -
Render: An image with no background. Usually saved in the PNG file format, sometimes in JPG, GIF, and BMP as well.
Stock: Background (duh).

Payment: Shops are business after all, and without payment, there wouldn't be a business. Some shopkeepers might work for free, but others might want to get paid (in Gold) to work. These guys would have a "menu" in their thread, for example:

Shopkeepers' Rules: Some members may have rules or regulations that customers will need to follow. They have the right to ignore/banish a customer(s) who fail to follow their rules.
