Well, looking at his ears he looks like an "Elf" or something from the mythical lore. Which bring only two games that consist of such genre. The Witcher 1 or 2 or it could be Skyrim. I'm leaning more towards the Witcher since the character model looks much better than Skyrim, unless it's a mod... I wouldn't be able to tell you his name since I never played The Witcher before. Someone else with better searching skills look him up.

Who is this beautiful character?

In my opinion the game she's from wasn't really good and the voice acting was mind numbing- couldn't stand it lol. But, if there is one thing that is redeeming about this game... Is the beautifully drawn characters, particularly this character :). Atleast I can say that despite the awful flaws of this game, I still managed to beat it and do all the quests and such... Phew.
