I have an idea for avoiding stressful situations, headaches, anger problems etc related to the introduction forum. I just thought about it and it is really simple: " why don´t we just redirect new members when they click on the activation link to the sticky how to make an introduction? " that wouldn´t cost much effort to do, isn´t it? And it would avoid a lot of the above mentioned symptoms.

Lol, one of the staff members mentioned this as well a few weeks ago.
First of all, Im not sure if it's really possible.
Secondly, it's not a forum rule to post a good intro...it's up to those members themselves to read the sticky or not. Of course we all like to see a good intro and like to make jokes about it (and it gives us something to say other than: welcome).
Thanks for the idea though ^^ It's always nice to see that members are coming up with new ideas and trying to contribute to the site.
